The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our website, and the purchase of products available on the website. By using the website and purchasing products available on the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any policies or legal notices published by REVVS on the website. Please refer to our policies.

In these terms and conditions, the word "website" refers to the REVVS website, "we", "us", "our", and "REVVS" refers to EMäkinen Invest Oy, and "user", "customer", "you", and "your" refers to you, the user and customer of REVVS.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING OR OBTAINING ANY INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS FROM THE WEBSITE.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

By using the website and purchasing the products, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these terms and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You represent and warrant that your use of the website does not violate any applicable law or regulation. These terms apply to the respective order you place by accepting them. We reserve the right to change these terms in the future at our sole discretion. Future amendments will not affect orders placed or contracts already concluded.

2. NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER

By providing REVVS with your email address, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about the status of your order and important communications about our products. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you news and special content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the ‘unsubscribe’ option in the emails.

3. ACCOUNT

To register as a user, you must provide a valid email address and account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. REVVS reserves the right to terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated any provision of these terms.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

By placing an order, the user accepts that said order is subject to stock availability, validation of the information provided, and confirmation of payment. REVVS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, product unavailability, obvious errors in prices, or any other justified circumstance.

All payments must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods through Shopify Payments, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and digital wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All payments are processed securely and encrypted. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

When ordering, the customer is responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and up-to-date delivery and contact information. Customers will be responsible for any losses, delays, or additional shipping costs resulting from providing incorrect or outdated data.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICES

Product information and prices are available on the website. Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). REVVS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, you will be informed of the error and given the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Products may differ slightly from the images shown on our website. While we strive to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that the display on your device will exactly match the actual colors of the products.

7. STATUTORY WARRANTY

REVVS complies with the statutory warranty rights established by European Union consumer law. If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or, if neither is possible, a full or partial refund. Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or damage caused by improper use or care are not covered by the statutory warranty. To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at info@revvs.co with your order details and photographic evidence of the defect.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the use of the website and the purchase of products are at the sole responsibility of the user. REVVS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property arising from the use of the products purchased or the website. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on the website, including logos, trademarks, images, text, and photographs, are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by REVVS. You acknowledge and agree that all materials on the website are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or distributed in any way without our prior express written permission.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:

  • Access, reproduce, or exploit any content of the website using automated means (robots, spiders).

  • Attempt to interfere with the security features of the website.

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify REVVS from and against any claims or costs brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your improper use of the products.

12. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may change the website and these terms at any time. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.

In the event of a dispute, we always aim to find an amicable solution with our customers first. Please contact our customer service at info@revvs.co. If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) in Finland. Furthermore, the European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Ultimately, any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the consumer's country of residence dictate otherwise.

1. EHTOJEN HYVÄKSYMINEN JA SOVELTAMINEN

Käyttämällä sivustoa ja tilaamalla tuotteita vakuutat, että sinulla on oikeus sitoutua näihin ehtoihin ja että sivuston käyttösi ei riko mitään sovellettavaa lakia. Näitä ehtoja sovelletaan siihen tilaukseen, jonka teet ne hyväksyessäsi. Pidätämme oikeuden muuttaa näitä ehtoja tulevaisuudessa. Tulevat muutokset eivät vaikuta jo tehtyihin tilauksiin tai solmittuihin sopimuksiin.

2. ILMOITUKSET JA UUTISKIRJE

Antamalla meille sähköpostiosoitteesi hyväksyt, että voimme lähettää sinulle tilauksesi tilaa koskevia ilmoituksia sekä tärkeitä tuotetiedotteita. Jos tilaat uutiskirjeemme, voimme lähettää sinulle markkinointiviestintää. Voit milloin tahansa peruuttaa markkinointiviestien tilauksen sähköpostin peruutuslinkin kautta.

3. KÄYTTÄJÄTILI

Rekisteröityäksesi käyttäjäksi sinun on annettava voimassa oleva sähköpostiosoite. Olet vastuussa tilitietojesi luottamuksellisuudesta ja kaikesta tililläsi tapahtuvasta toiminnasta. REVVS pidättää oikeuden sulkea tilisi välittömästi, jos katsomme sinun rikkoneen näitä ehtoja.

4. TILAUKSET JA MAKSUT

Tekemällä tilauksen hyväksyt, että tilaus edellyttää tuotteiden saatavuutta, tietojen vahvistamista ja maksun hyväksymistä. REVVS pidättää oikeuden hylätä tai perua minkä tahansa tilauksen epäillyn petoksen, tuotteen puuttumisen, ilmeisen hintavirheen tai muun perustellun syyn vuoksi.

Kaikki maksut on suoritettava tilaushetkellä. Hyväksymme Shopify Paymentsin kautta useita maksutapoja, kuten yleisimmät maksukortit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) ja digitaaliset lompakot (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Kaikki maksut käsitellään turvallisesti ja salatusti.

5. TIETOJEN OIKEELLISUUS

Asiakas on vastuussa tarkkojen, yksityiskohtaisten ja ajantasaisten toimitus- ja yhteystietojen antamisesta. Asiakas vastaa kaikista viivästyksistä tai ylimääräisistä toimituskuluista, jotka johtuvat virheellisistä tiedoista.

6. TUOTETIEDOT JA HINNAT

Tuotetiedot ja hinnat ovat saatavilla verkkosivustolla. Hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron (ALV). REVVS pidättää oikeuden muuttaa hintoja milloin tahansa. Jos tilaamasi tuotteen hinnassa havaitaan ilmeinen virhe tilauksen tekemisen jälkeen, ilmoitamme siitä sinulle ja annamme mahdollisuuden vahvistaa tilaus oikealla hinnalla tai perua se.

Tuotteet voivat poiketa hieman sivustolla näkyvistä kuvista. Vaikka pyrimme esittämään värit mahdollisimman tarkasti, emme voi taata, että laitteesi näyttö toistaa värit täysin luonnollisina.

7. LAKISÄÄTEINEN VIRHEVASTUU

REVVS noudattaa Euroopan unionin kuluttajansuojalainsäädännön mukaista lakisääteistä virhevastuuta. Jos vastaanottamasi tuote on viallinen tai ei vastaa kuvausta, sinulla on oikeus tuotteen korjaukseen, vaihtoon tai hyvitykseen. Virhevastuu ei kata normaalia kulumista, tahallista vahingoittamista tai virheellisestä käytöstä johtuvia vaurioita. Takuuasioissa pyydämme ottamaan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme info@revvs.co ja liittämään mukaan tilaustietosi sekä valokuvatodisteet viasta.

8. VASTUUNRAJOITUS

Sovellettavan lain sallimissa enimmäisrajoissa verkkosivuston käyttö ja tuotteiden ostaminen tapahtuvat käyttäjän omalla vastuulla. REVVS ei vastaa mistään välillisistä, epäsuorista tai satunnaisista vahingoista, mukaan lukien voitonmenetykset, tietojen häviäminen tai omaisuusvahingot, jotka johtuvat sivuston tai tuotteiden käytöstä. Tämä lauseke ei kuitenkaan rajoita sellaista vastuuta, jota ei voida pakottavan kuluttajansuojalain nojalla rajoittaa tai poistaa.

9. TEKIJÄNOIKEUDET JA IMMATERIAALIOIKEUDET

Kaikki verkkosivuston materiaalit, mukaan lukien logot, tavaramerkit, kuvat, tekstit ja valokuvat, ovat REVVSin omistamien tekijänoikeuksien ja muiden immateriaalioikeuksien suojaamia. Kaikki materiaali on tarkoitettu vain rajoitettuun, ei-kaupalliseen ja henkilökohtaiseen käyttöön. Materiaalin kopioiminen, jäljentäminen, myyminen tai jakeleminen ilman kirjallista lupaamme on ehdottomasti kielletty.

10. KIELLETTY TOIMINTA

Sivuston käyttäjänä et saa:

  • Käyttää automaattisia ohjelmia (botti, scraper) sivuston sisällön kopioimiseen tai keräämiseen.

  • Yrittää häiritä sivuston turvaominaisuuksia.

  • Käyttää sivustoa mihinkään laittomaan tai luvattomaan tarkoitukseen.

11. VAHINGONKORVAUSVELVOLLISUUS

Suostut puolustamaan ja korvaamaan REVVSille kaikki kolmansien osapuolien esittämät vaateet tai kulut, jotka johtuvat näiden ehtojen rikkomisestasi, lain rikkomisestasi tai tuotteiden virheellisestä käytöstä.

12. MUUTOKSET JA PÄÄTTÄMINEN

Voimme muuttaa sivustoa ja näitä ehtoja milloin tahansa. Olet vastuussa ehtojen seuraamisesta. Sivuston käytön jatkaminen katsotaan uusien ehtojen hyväksymiseksi.

13. RIIDANRATKAISU JA SOVELLETTAVA LAKI

Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia.

Riitatilanteissa pyrimme aina löytämään sovintoratkaisun asiakkaan kanssa. Ota ensisijaisesti yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme info@revvs.co. Jos kauppasopimusta koskevaa erimielisyyttä ei saada ratkaistuksi osapuolten välisillä neuvotteluilla, kuluttaja voi viedä asian Kuluttajariitalautakunnan ratkaistavaksi. Lisäksi Euroopan komissio tarjoaa verkkovälitteisen riidanratkaisufoorumin (ODR), joka on saatavilla osoitteessa: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Viime kädessä kaikki oikeudelliset riidat ratkaistaan Suomen toimivaltaisissa tuomioistuimissa, ellei kuluttajan asuinmaan pakottavasta lainsäädännöstä muuta johdu.
